Our Story
Application Controls LLC is a vibrant HVAC company located in Southern Maryland, specializing in building automation installations and preventative maintenance. Our dedicated team is always on-site, expertly reading blueprints, mounting hardware, routing wires, connecting them to controllers, and thoroughly testing HVAC equipment. As a proud registered disabled veteran-owned company, we're fully licensed, insured, and bonded in Maryland.
We genuinely value our relationships with OEM partners and are committed to maintaining long-lasting connections with our customers. Our approach to HVAC services is organized, personalized, and detail-oriented, ensuring that building owners receive the best care and attention possible!
Relationships
Since 2016, Application Controls has proudly served the bustling Washington, DC region and its surrounding areas. Our dedicated building automation team collaborates closely with contractors like Ecosave and S&C Mechanical to expertly troubleshoot, repair, and replace controllers, communication networks, and essential building automation system (BAS) hardware.
Alongside our amazing partner, Ngage Services, we have addressed challenges at some of DC's prominent hotels, including Marriott, Courtyard, and Holiday Inn, ensuring top-notch service and reliability. In 2021, we made significant strides by installing Optec wireless sensors in HVAC equipment throughout the DMV area, enhancing efficiency and performance.
We are also excited to highlight our collaboration with Telko Communication LLC and Siemens in 2023, where we successfully replaced five outdated controller panels and numerous controllers at Morgan University’s campus stadium and sports facility.
As we look forward to an exciting 2025, K.C. AC and Heating Corp., the HVAC contractor for Washington Medstar Hospital, will rely on us for expert consultation and support during critical repairs and installations, including VRF, VAV, RTU, and AHU systems. We remain committed to partnering with onsite BAS contractors and being a reliable resource for seamless HVAC installations that integrate with existing BAS.
Experience
Apps Controls' team consists of a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, a PMI Certified Project Manager an Ops Manager, a MD Master HVAC Mechanic, a Journeyman Electrician, and a do-it-all-Junior Service Tech.
